I have gone to a balloon festival here in Connecticut, but that one wasn't very successful.
They had only one balloon going up due to high winds. Chickens !

Yep, I liked the beagle .
I'm thinking these work in B&W primarily because of the unique shapes. The normal upside-down teardrop balloons probably wouldn't convert as well.
