There are interesting shape and color aspects to it. Might be stronger if the background were darker to make the lighting less flat seeming. The grittiness of the bowl, being sharp, competes with the succulent "flower" for attention.

That was my thought when I first saw this, but being pretty far out of my element I decided to wait for others to notice. I also thought the stem on the left that exits the frame could be cloned off a bit to provide space at the edge. But you darkened it enough that it no longer matters
People prefer simple clear written messages to complex, incoherent and confusing ones. In the same way, people prefer succinct coherent visual messages. Whether we create or find our images, we must edit them, in the camera and/or in post-processing. The art of editing is identifying the visual message and making it more simple, direct and clear.
