i have both the Tiffen HT and the B+W nano. i use the tiffen more often as they allow more light in and does the same job overall of polarization.

I have Marumi Super DHG and Nikon C-PL-II -- both are slim, but with threads, and excellent optical quality. Decent light transmission on both.
