"Aero_ub" recently posted several cool images in a post from a weekend at a hunting camp. One of the shots I liked best showed arrows flying immediately after release from the bows. It reminded me of a shot I got awhile back of a naval reenactment at the annual Dana Point Tall Ships Festival. Unfortunately, the background for this pier-based reenactment was a modern fishing boat, but the shot was captured as the muzzle flash from a pistol appears to blow a guy's head off (fortunately it didn't).
It got me to thinking that it might be cool to see if any of you have similar captures that were dependent on a split second timing, planned or accidental. Not really interested in perfectly timed dance moves, unless there's a happy coincidence with a split-second expression on the dancer's face. But anything that captures something unanticipated might be fun to see. Any takers??
