you may want to try deleting and re-instantiating the printer. If that doesn't work, then perhaps a full reset of the printing system (which nukes all known printers) (hold OPTION down while pressing the '-' key in the Printer Pref (as though you were about to delete a printer).
OK, brain check. Did not count the colors on the nozzle check, have a clogged nozzle.
