Pretty much everything Ben said. Additionally, I would have liked it if the transome of the closest door to you wasn't cut off. And perhaps it could have been straightened up a bit using the Perspective Tool?

I really like the first. There is much to discover as the eye scans the first room, richly textured disarray, then moves further in.
I like the second but agree with the others that the bright light across the foreground detracts.
Looks like a great place.
And I would cross-post the first to BW. Ther more you are there, the more you post, the more others will respond. And the image is strong.

Yes, neat place, the location in its day likely the middle of a vast, cultivated area near Culver, OR.
I was hoping to find some autos, implements, etc. during the trip but only minor success. Most were on posted, fenced property and I had no time to pursue access. Still, a fun time.
More to come, one a series of ~10 images portraying an encounter that I don't quite know how to encapsulate into fewer images. That, later this weekend.
