NAU v. UA in Flagstaff under mostly cloudy skies with bouts of light rain. All shot with either a 1DX + 70-200 or 1DIV with 300. All at f4 with 1/1000 or above shutter speed. Thanks for any comments.
I'd have gone vertical in #3. #6 doesn't do much for me, sort of a sideways static shot going away. Too bad the non-player is in the BG on #7 but that isn't your fault.
That's about all I got for you. IQ is really good... tack sharp... always love wet weather field sports. #1 to #5 are all great shots.
Very nice set. For me #7, with the ball in the netting, is after the action and before the jube. On the others you did a good job of timing and getting good action.
Rick: Some nice in-air and all-around action. I'm not seeing your original #3, but the re-crop looks good (I'd move the frame a bit to the left). I would add that for #1, player 15 (and behind her) adds nothing to this image, so I would recommend cropping accordingly--no reason to distract from the shaggy dance you've got going on there!
5 is just a little weaker than the others (more because they are extra good, it's not bad at all itself) and #6 is by far the weakest (compared to the super high standard of these particular others, at least), the rest, wow, great job
