p.1 #1 · 5D3 owners, have you noticed...

...that the sensor cleaning feature actually works? I have yet to clean dust in post production even after a few months with the camera, dozens of lens changes even in "dirty" locations. This is the FIRST time this has happened to me in 9 years of using DSLRs. It has saved me a LOT of time! I know it seems like something minor, but it isnt to me. Canon has finally solved the problem it seems

I had to clean my 1DX which has allegedly an even better sensor cleaning system... Yes it works but it's not a miracle cure

I have noticed it does seem to keep it very clean. I've changed my lenses in many different areas that I thought would leave dust, but none so far...

I noticed same on 5DII and 5DIII, after 5D classic it is especially great!

I plan on getting a 5D3 soon and that will be great if it does, My 5D2 seems to have an attraction to dust!

It works great as did the system on the MKII, one other thing I'm very happy about is the fact to me the image quality is more like the MKI than the MKII, I've always prepared the files from the MKI.

Have to agree that it is a very effective cleaning system, even in problematic environments - at least so far!
