I was at a street fair and noticed photographer who had a number of images mounted on a black mounting board about 1/2 in thick. The photos were just mounted and hung, not frame or glass. It looked fairly nice. I have a show coming up and have a few large panoramas that I would like to mount in this fashion. Framing and matting would be nice but I am afraid it would not be cost effecient since they might not sell. Of course I asked the photographer and he rattled off a website that I promptly forgot.
