Hey All,

Just shot my first paid photo shoot. It was a family gathering and I thin it went great. Anyways, I wanted some feedback on two black and white portraits. Let me know what you think!

Shot on Canon 5D Mark III with Canon 50mm 1.2L

I really like these.

1 might be cropped to a portrait orientation and a bit of a shame the child's right arm was cut off in 2 but a great capture nonetheless.

1 is a very nice shot with a bad crop IMHO
2 I like the subject to "lead" into the picture. If she was on the other side of the frame I think it would work better. As is I am led to her eyes then to the right arm then out of the frame.

Looks nice.....I bet you could kick up the curves and levels adj. a notch and make it pop a bit more. Ad a pioneer woman "quick edge burn" action with a low opacity and you'll have a winner
