I'm a huge fan of the NikSoftware Color Efex Pro 4. I like it more than any other plugin/preset because I can easily manipulate each preset into my liking. Nik also has a "recipe" section where you can keep downloading additional presets for the software for free.

Thank you I have color efex pro 3 not 4 need to check the upgrade cost for that.
Thank u very much. I am really enjoying working with Lightroom. Seems that people recommend color efex over the whole suite (nik complete software) are the other plugins not as good?
be aware that if you purchase the complete collection, you can't (won't be eligible to) upgrade components as they are released. You essentially have to repurchase the whole collection. Personally, I'd probably get the color and bw efex and call it done (I already have good sharpeners and denoise tools)
