Did you use a tilt/shift? I just got one and am trying to get used to recognizing the effects. White looks a little blown out (fence pickets) but I like the composition. As an architect, I also like the arches above the windows. Not too many masons can do that anymore - especially the elliptical arches.

As a lifetime "far westerner," much of New England fascinated me, including old brick homes.
In our earthquake-prone Pacific states, 2-story brick buildings are soon called "rubble"
