p.1 #1 · Medium format lenses converted on 35mm digitals.
Hi guys, MF lenses are always considered PRO, and now if we convert them to use on 35mm digitals (FF and APS-C ), are they still as good as their originals? maybe YES, but maybe NOT.I think the number of conveted MF lenses are at a certain amount around, I myself have 2 C645, and I did conversions myself.Open this thread, I aim to you , who has MF lenses, and now is the time you guys to show the FM comunity that you still keep that quality on 35mm digitals.
Now GO!!!.
Here's mine : Contax 645 120mm f/4 @4.0 on Sigma SD1 iso100 1/800s handheld.Untouched.
When this man concentrated to his work, it inspired me to shoot.Maybe he's one of you FMer. http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8434/7580428414_9b457625f6_k.jpg

Hi Contas,
I've been using a Mamiya Macro A 120mm f4 M on EOS since last year...one of the very nice MF lenses in the medium format class. It does 1:1 without tubes, and is very sharp & contrasty thoughout the focus ranges. I'll post some shots later this morning.

I briefly shot a Kaleinar 3B on my Pentax K20D. It wasn't a great performer and I got rid of it quickly, but it was undeniably cool to be shooting something that massive on a dinky dSLR.
