Very nice. Last one does it for me. Can you toss me some pointers on the setup?

I am hardly the expert , but I will gladly share what I did.

Nikon 105mm micro lens- exif f/13 ISO 200 , shutter 1/125 (Normally I shoot at a much lower shutter, but there was a bit of a breeze , so I was trying to reduce any motion blur )

I was shooting the lens at 1:1 ( no extension tubes)

SB900 flash diffused with the plastic diffuser that comes with it and a small softbox as per below linkOpteka Softbox

The image is focus stacked. At 1:1 there was no way to get everything I wanted in focus with one shot.

There are many on this board who are focus stacking experts, I am not one of them Here is one tutorial from LordV (Brian Valentine) for hand stacking, which is what I did here. As you will read on this tutorial, you do not need a focus stacking program to do this.

LordV- Hand Stacking Tutorial

What program do you use for post processing? You can use the Photoshop Elements to do focus stacking, you do not need CS5 for that.

You will also find that post processing is a big part of fine tuning the image.

Hope this helps.
