These are my 1st couple of shots since I received the MT24 EX flash. I have been reading everything that I can especially everything that Dalantech has written. Shooting hand held is crazy with the tiny plane of focus and the movement of the subject as well as my own movement, however these 2 shots give me hope! You don't really appreciate how great that the shots that these folks post here are until you try them!

Every day is a windy day when you look through a macro lens. (I call mine my "wind generator"). Anticipation of movement, and sometimes going along with it, can sometimes get results which otherwise evade you.
