As some of you already know I try to start a wedding photo business. So far I am shooting for free to get my portfolio together. This weekend I shot two weddings, here are two of my favorites.
I try to get some feedback as I donīt have any photographer-friends... What do you think?
1st photo: The idea is cool but I dont like how half of the woman is cut off on the left side. I would crop her out. The lighting is also a bit bright on one side, and sort of gets mixed up with the different paint colors on the wall, distracting from the shadow. I saw the colors/light/woman before I saw the shadow.
2nd: The colors are a bit meh. I would adjust the hue of the green to a deeper shade. The flare is a cool effect but you can barely see the groom's face. I think you should crop in a bit tighter. B+W might also look better.
