How can I decide?
Both are great. I have the Panny 7-14 myself. Think about your normal shooting habits . . . in this case, wide or medium telphoto. Which do you feel like you're missing more?

I find that the EM-5 does quite well at higher ISO's noise wise, actually matching the D700 I used before. Where the EM-5 falls clearly behind though is colors at higher ISO, the D700 just didn't lose all that much colors at higher ISO's but the EM-5 does, one way to save it is by going B&W, which suits me quite well as I love B&W
