Haze is an issue in parts of Oregon unfortunately. That 75mm is a beauty - I have been admiring your pictures with it.

For me, 12-35 and 35-100 has to come first though.

I guess we would like all the lenses available, but it is a compromise for me. I do want the 7-14mm but with my daughter off to University this year, that takes priority. My wide I am making do with the 12-50 and at the 12mm stopped down it is ok, For a kit lens superb in many ways, or at least adequate for most of what I do.

Been messing with a few landscapes a mixture' 1st 12-50mm 2nd 45mm f1.8 3rd 45mm f1.8 4th PL25mm stitch

Very cool shots! See, I have the 7-14 lens. While I sold the 12-50, you are right, it is a pretty capable lens.

My wife and I took a trip to Guatemala (Antigua and Lake Atitlan - amazing places) - brought the OM-D, Pany 14 2.5, 20 1.7 and Oly 45 1.8. I also brought the Canon 6D, C/Y 28 2.8, C/Y 85 2.8 and Canon 40mm pancake.

I have to say the OM-D really makes the perfect travel camera. I used the OM-D most of the time. Here are a few (sorry for so many).....

Nothing like fresh, local fruit for breakfast....

(this is ISO 800 with the 20 1.7 @ f/1.8 at 1/10s - the IBIS came in handy in these dark spaces)...

dramatic art filter...

This Mayan girl asked me to take her photo ...

Check out the scales in the background....

Asleep at the wheel.......

Soccer (or football) with a view....

Walking home from school....

Several volcanoes surround the lake....

The Mayans still fish out of these little dugout canoes....

You can't escape fashion anywhere......

Thanks. All shot RAW and converted in LR. I used Color Efex on 3 or 4 of the above images.

Hi Duke what skins are they, or aught I not ask? Great tones from the very reliable 45/f1.8

Out today to a favorite spot. It has a good outline horizon, but what does happen is the winter sun from behind the clouds and reflected from the sea from the other direction , can and does at certain times of the day give some superb light for photography.

I will keep this to one stitched image from the 75mm/f1.8.

From my first couple of days with the E-m5. Bought of the quick family photos, but it looks like it will come in much more useful.

duke that is an interesting horizon accentuated by the foreground tree.

The 9-18 as an overall lens? How do you find it's ability. How is the quality of colour and sharpness compared with the 12-50 ?

A couple of stone on the beach.

The 9-18 is not very good at anything, but it is notable at all

The 12-50 is less than 9-18 in the same focal length. I bought a Panasonic 14mm f2.5 to improve openness in night shots (12mm f2 is too expensive for me) 10mm f2.8 would be ideal
