I really had a great time on this engagement session. The couple was great and the laughed through the whole session, mostly at childish jokes, haha. We went to this creekwalk, which the creek is connected to one of the most polluted lakes in the country, so at times it smelled like sewage, but it was still pretty nice.
Tell me what you like and what you hate. Thanks.
Beautiful set. Really nice job of getting a lot out of the location. Very solid processing - wonderful color and contrast. One , 12, 13, 20 are my favorites. Would have liked to have seen a few more of her face and other shots that are focused on her. She is very pretty and and her dress is terrific. Ultimately I think engagement sessions, like the wedding day, should feature the bride more than anything else. Well done!

Thanks. I agree. I've been trying to get more personal shots lately and stop worrying so much about the photography or the scenery.
One minor nitpick is the CA in shots 19 and 23, especially in 19 it really caught my eye. I've found the purple fringes easy to correct in LR4 with the new options for removing CA. I get a bit of this with my 35L and 85L when shooting highlights at wide apertures.
I def like the content, the way you captured the session, they seem really relaxed and you have some great compositions....but it does seem that in a few the WB is off slightly...3,4,7,8 etc....they seem a little cool, with some looking a little green, while others a little red....i mean, that may be your style though, i dunno, the skin tones just don't look consistent between certain photos....the biggest difference being between photos 6 and 7...7 goes really green, and then 8 is almost a little too red...

Some more really good stuff from you, dude.
Love the frame-within-a-frame-within-another-frame of #2 and really like the way you incorporated the pup into the set. He/she is going to be huge...
10 is the only only shot that doesn't seem to fit. Maybe it's the combination of visible flash and the in-between pose that's throwing me off. Wonderful set all around though...
