Gorgeous shots, Scott! I'm biased against vignettes at all, I think of them as a crutch, so needless to say how I feel about it. The picture stands on it own quite well without the vignette.
scott, i like it without vignette. If you think there is too much sky on this photo, then I would just crop it closer and put them on the right of the frame.
The last one, I would rotate it counter clockwise a tiny bit.

I think I'll go with my initial thought and process it without the vignette. I typically add it to all my shots though not to that extent. I had a really good time at this wedding. Got to a few new locations and tried some new things. Some worked very well and a couple other ideas need a little.improvement.
