Oh if anyone has any good YouTube (or other) channels to recommend on lighting (or other photography related topics), I'd be interested in knowing about them. I'm always, well almost always, trying to learn more
I thought the Joel Grimes series was interesting--there are more Joel Grimes videos on YouTube besides the LitUp series, so look for "Joel Grimes," not "LitUp."
You might also check The Slanted Lens series.
Too many other series that appear promising turn out to be pro-moting advertorials, especially for Hasselblad, Sekonic, and Profoto.
As an FYI, I do like the SnapFactory series. Some commercials in it but a lot of good information. At least I think so: http://www.youtube.com/user/snapfactory
The Digital Photography One on One has been quite informative for me.

not the best teachers but if you are into action sports then you might find this informative - cool series. not the best teachers but still neat.
Every lighting video I see, regardless of how informative it is, uses professional models, professional athletes, and other "beautiful" people.
Where are the videos that show how to light and photograph everyday fat, short, ugly, pimply, bald, old, or otherwise ordinary people? I'd find that very useful.

Try looking at stuff by lightenupandshoot, it is more geared to people new to lighting but all their subjects are random people off the street, street runners, musicians etc.
Unfortunately the Framed Show has decided to no longer post new content to YouTube. Now you have to go to their site to watch the videos. And you have to register for an account
