How do you guys ship prints flat? What kind of packaging do you use?

I use the same as my lab(WHCC/Millers). Two cardboard sheets on top and bottom of print inside a box. For large prints it is much cheaper to drop ship. Labs get volume discounts and large prints like 36x24 are usually up charged as oversized.

I use the 6x8 envelopes for 4x6 and 5x7, 9x11.5 envelopes for 8x10, and 12.75x15 for 11x14.

And the 5.125x5.125 for CDs works out well.
