This was the last shot I took with my Old 1D Classic and 100mm macro NON IS. The clarity and speed of the classic were awesome for there time and today is fun to shoot with, C&C welcome

Nice one.
I still use that exact same combo (usm non IS 100 2.8).

The color palette of the 1D1 is well suited to natural subjects.

Neat shot. I use an old FD 100mm macro for my closeups. It also gives good results.
