I hope you aren't all snowied out! I think they've almost all gone north by now, but I almost forgot that I wanted to post the rest of my shots from Boundary Bay. I actually lost some of my snowy shots in a HD crash but most were safe. I loved having these guys around for the winter and I hope I get to see some next year - they're so magnificent.
Yikes Ashley, do you think you're Conrad Wow what a bunch of killer shots!! You captured some wonderful poses, beautiful light, nice group shots, you got it all Soooo many great shots here, some stand outs for me 5, 13 and 15. Cmon, I know you have more (I sure do )
Wow, all stunning shots Ashley. And the harrier shots are magnificent as well. Hope they come back next year but I heard that they usually go down here once every 4 or 5 years.
Nice to wait until we had almost forgotten about the amazing irruption of 2011-12! What gorgeous shots you have there. Great light, super poses and oh do those eyes just explode to make these owls just amazing looking birds. So sorry to hear about the HD crash...sorry I made the April Fool's joke when you really had one...hope you get some recovery but at any rate you certainly had some great ones stored elsewhere.

I'm gonna take that comparison as a compliment
Thanks, I decided to post a group of my favorites from that day. And oh yeah, I've got more. I was editing my favorites the other day, and it was getting a little ridiculous with labeling: like SNOW102, SNOW103, SNOW104. I thought I'd never get through them all but hey, can't complain about that! I've never had so many keepers!
Thanks Tim!!
