Quang---Regarding the low BIF keeper rate, have you tried taking advantage of the D800's high ISO performance to boost shutter speed above 1/2000th to reduce motion blur and to use a smaller f-stop to get more depth of field? The high ISO performance on the big sensor is what attracts me to the D800.---John

Harsha, you will love the combo. The AF is fast, but it's no D3s. I am having a very hard time capturing BIF, especially the terns. It's a new body for me so it will take some time to get used to it. For now, the keeper rate is pretty low for BIF. In your capable hands, I have no doubt you will produce great shots.
