After months of chasing eagles and hawks in less than stellar light, we enjoyed beautiful spring weather and good light late this afternoon. Cheers from Montana.
Thanks all for the comments. After many months, I feel like I'm finally starting to turn the corner in getting used to my 400 f5.6 lens and in tracking a rapidly moving bird of prey. The better light of springtime doesn't hurt either!
