I like it But if it were mine, I'd remove the top and right 1/3 as those areas don't add much to the image. Everything interesting is happening in the lower left 2/3
I'm with Conrad on slimming down the crop. The soft fluid motion of the water is inviting and seems to flow toward me nicely but the pattern in the water along the very top distracts from the overall smoothness of the rest of the image.
With today's high ISO capabilities, I prefer a "stop action" of stream flow. Granted, the closest thing to being there would be video with sound. But as a still, I'm getting a little tired of the cliche time exposures where the details of stream bed and water are lost in a blur. Would clone out upper small rock, and bring down the brightness of the other three. Don't know how close your were to the setting, but you can take a cup and throw water on the large rocks for better tonal quality, such as you see partially covered on the far right rock. Just my $.02 worth.
As stated above, blurred shots of water have just been done too much by too many people. Blur does not show motion, it just gives the perception of motion. Video shows motion.
