Wicked chilly here in NH so I decided to do some shots of tulips in the window. My studio lights won't be here until next Monday anyways. I feel like I am reaching for straws here shooting tulips next to my window!
First one with my Tamron 28-75 and the last one with my Nikkor 50/3.5 macro lens.
That is a lovely pink colored tulip! Nice curve and inviting opening in the petals on #1, would have loved a better peak inside of this one
Colors melt nicely on #2, center top looks a bit too bright on my monitor, sweet colors, a bit more Dof on #2 would be nice, I always try several f/stops on shots like this and change focal point a bit to find the magic one.

Good stuff....

Good points Karl. I processed both in Bibble 5 and then in LR4. I like LR4 better but opening NEF's in the Develop module takes forever. I might redo #2 with a bit more DOF. Thanks for the suggestions as always.
