Phone is in great shape and shows little signs of use. It has been in a case since day 1. Only getting rid of it because we are getting sprint and have 2 Sprint iPhone 4's coming in the mail this week. Only reason for switching is because I got in to a fight with AT&T for throttling my speeds and charging me overage fees on my wireless card 3 months in a row which I never used at all. So we are switching and these phones need a new home. After I cancel my contract with AT&T I can call them to get the unlock codes so you can have an unlocked phone if you would like. Please note this will delay the shipping of this phone as the codes can take up to 72 hours to get. Both phones come with the charger, cable and the current cases we have on them.

all iphones. check gizmodo.com big article on it today. i went to my local store and for me to get them unlocked i need to pay the early termination fee since my contract is not up until December. But I am dropping them and quitting anyways so once i sell these I will pay the termination fee and get it unlocked. But I goat sell both since no iPhones can be on contract.

OK so I thought I had a local deal but the buyer didn't want to pay.
So I will offer these phones up again.
If you don't care about them being unlocked I will let them go for $400 for the 16gb and $500 for the 32gb. I will ship them as soon as you pay.
If you want them unlocked then you have to wait for the unlock to happen before I ship. Sorry but I need the money to pay for the unlock before I get it unlocked. Don't have an extra $700 sitting around right now to pay upfront for the unlock. Gotta pay my taxes off this week
If you buy these from me without the unlock, then you could just wait a month and then get att to unlock them for you since you won't be in contract with these phones. I say wait a month because my last bill will come at the end of the month and I will pay it the second I get it so your phones will be clean and ready to unlock.
