I fell for all the hype and got one but I'm going to stick with my iPad 2.

(I can't believe you think it's hype. I could never go back to the screen of my iPad 2 after spending time with the 3! Someone ought to jump on this - a brand new iPad and you don't have to pay the tax.)
I use a matte screen on my iPad because the glossy screen gives me a headache. With the matte screen there's very little difference. Plus the iPad 2 screen didn't all of a sudden become horrible!
Just not enough of a difference to make an upgrade worth it. Although if you use the cameras then it's definitely worth the upgrade price.
The screen on the new iPad is the only reason that makes me want to upgrade. I don't really care about other features. When I looked at the old screens, I immediately realized this is one important area Apple need to improve on and I am glad Apple did it.
cl can be a nightmare, but lots of stuff does trade there. i give it about a 1 in 4 chance of someone following through when they say they are interested in something...and i'm in the sf bay area where cl is huge. glws!
