The last is my pick though you need some noise reduction. First would work well with a bit more DOF. The second needs a different composition as the background is very distracting and the photo dose not flow. The 3rd could use more DOF for the primary branch to be in focus. You might want to crop tighter to work the curve and get rid of some of the top. Do you know about thirds composition?
Such an awesome lens to work with Joe, color and sharpness from the 135 f/2 is spectacular.
I like what you are seeing, just work harder on your in camera cropping, if you don't have one than pick up an extension tube set for that 135 and have even more fun with florals!
The gratuitous use of super shallow DOF... I tend to shoot that way in general...and I just took it from the delivery lady's hands, opened the box, mounted to the 5D2 and walked out back and started shooting at 2.0 ahhhhhhhh - what a sweet lens.
Now that I know how sharp it is wide open I might venture out to 2.2
ETA: these were all hand held...of course a tripod would make these even sharper :->
