I do not recognize it offhand, but I can say that it isn�t Profoto, Elinchrom, Hensel, or Balcar/Buff.

Yep, it could be Bowens/Calumet small series (S2) mount, and the JTL could be a copy of that.

As mentioned above, it looks like a Bowens mount. Bowens, Calumet, and Interfit use that style.
