Caught this crane while driving home today. Had to pull over quick. Had the camera ready to go from my failed birding attempts earlier in the day. First time I've seen a sandhill crane in the Chicagoland area.

Nice set, Jason! I like #1 & 3. I like seeing the soft colors of the body and bright red crown against the brush in #1. But in #3 the softer bg really helps the SHC stand out.
