I really enjoy the detail and color and cracks of #1.

#3 is also very nice, there is one area that is OOF but doesn't seem like it should be??

A little more diffused light could be very helpful and bring even more color on some of these, neat subjects and neat results.

Karl - thank you for noticing obvious

I did not noticed that OOF front area untill got home and uploaded photos

It was very sunny day and I could not tell on screen how well it was taken. I had to use ND in front to get results I wanted because of sun - guess I missed calculated a little.

all of those were taken with good, old, cheap Sigma 300/4 APO Macro lens

shows that old stuff can still deliver

yea I bet they do !!!
I really doubt 40 people walked where i found those trees

They were in such a deep bush in the middle of the city most people wont even think about going there
