Fantastic shots by everybody. That 42 sure is pretty.
This is with an X-E1 and another Zuiko a 24mm f/2.8 I think at f/8.

ChrisG, props on the Muse photos, really clean and bight images. What software did you use to process the RAWs?

Thanks Brody! I was a little worried when I started shooting the opening act that the highlights and shadows would be way too far off so I shot the show in Fine+RAW and then pulled them into LR4 to see which was better. I ended up using a mixture of both since I needed to drastically recover either the shadows for the crowd or the highlights of the band or both but there were some JPEG's that came out nice enough to use.

More 42mm's! I'm pretty seriously considering a few other Pen F lenses. They're built very solid and the size is perfect on the X-Pro1, the 42mm f1.2 fits like it's made for it.

Haven't had a chance to decompress/go into the catalogue from my trip. But I did go for a short walk with my X-E1 and Canon FL 55mm f/1.2.

I think these were all shot at f/2, but it's possible they were somewhere between 1.2 and 2.

I am looking wishfully at all those sunny pics, here's only rain and clouds since at least 3 weeks and since I got my Fuji cam.
But our time will come here as well, even in Berlin there is sun at some times of the year...

This is a great shot, love the B&W conversion. I was playing around with my friends Nikkor E 50/1.8, for the price it's a very impressive lens.

Brody, I'm liking that 42mm f1.2 Pen F lens. It doesn't have the swirly bokeh of the Pen F 38mm f1.8.

Yes, for an hour, just enough to rush out and make a little round with my bike, not much time, but a few sunny snaps.
This are 2 shots, the one with the high building at Potsdamer Platz (the one that is mentioned in David Bowies new song "where are we now?") is pespective corrected in Lightroom...

Fantastic concert shots Chris!

Alba63 - that first B&W shot is terrific! The tones are wonderful and I love all the angles!

A few more snaps from my weekend getaway ... not the most photo-friendly environment (a casino) so I only got a few shots... all jpegs with little to no processing in LR4.

Thanks! It's got a pretty interesting rendering, but a little unpredictable. Honestly, I'm a huge fan of the 42mm and hope other Pen lenses are as good, I'm considering the 60/1.5 & the 38/1.8 for my XP1.
