Michiel maybe it makes no sense, maybe it does, but for better or worse the GXR users here decided we'd post images in the Still No Love thread if for no other reason than to keep it active. What we all need to do is post more images. I'll do my part soon enough.

On the other hand there are no dictators here so if this thread happens to dine on a steady diet of GXR images, I doubt anyone will complain!

Yes, we haven't been posting many images in the other GXR thread... difficult to say, it's already up over 30 pages, but mostly discussion.

Michiel, I love those facades!

Here's something I posted in the Voigtlander images thread:

GXR with CV15, though some might also be with the 12... These are already almost a month ago, so don't remember which might be the 12, well, the first one is for sure...

In case you're wondering why he's on the other side of the railing... he was messing around with the really long, straight sheet of ice you can kind of see floating in the water.

Michiel, good idea, let's try to keep it floating.

Your first samples look really soft and a little bit fuzzy, have you done any work in post pro or did you miss focus slightly on them?

When seeing them they don't look like anything I get straight out of the camera.

I am glad there is response!

In answer to the - Still no love tread - arguments.
In the first place; I know there is enough love for the GXR, so I don't like the title that much.
In the second place; there are almost no images to find in that thread, so I thought it is about time to have a less complicated images thread.
The camera/interface and its modules and especially the M-mount module deserve it.
But please don't let it turn in a second complete discussion thread

besides technical and artistic comments and information.

Henrik,

This is the third time I get this comment and I found them a bit fuzzy myself too.
Carstenw also mentioned it inthe Sony NEX-7 thread.

At first I thought; I cannot focus properly anymore

I do work on all my files in LR.
But I have been looking into it and it has to do with a fault I made (or creeped into) an action I made to add the frame and text. It concerns all my postings made lately in the landscape mode.

The last picture I posted in portrait mode does not have that problem. That action is allright and I found the difference between the two actions. If I find the time I will repair a lot of my postings made lately, to start with the ones for this thread.
Blown up to the extreme all the pixels remain exactly the same after the action compared to the straightly - down sized for the web - one.

Thanks for mentioning this again. A very bad start

Have had almost no time to mess around with the Leitz OUFRO close focus adapter; I still miss the Hawk variable adapter on the NEX, but will just have to get by with a fixed 10mm adapter.
