Doesn't look LED to me, I think that's fluorescent.

Yep; fluorescent. Same company, different model. The one in the video is the 12-inch version:

(I hate how the flea-bay add has "500W" in the photo, when it's only a 65-watt lamp. Stellar just states the lumens on their site.)
