Victoria, on Vancouver Island, is actually south of Bellingham, Washington. So when you look east from Victoria, you see Mt. Baker.
In the first shot, the first island in the foreground is James Island, Canada, and the second island is San Juan Island, United States, with Mt. Baker in the background. This sunrise shot was taken from just north of Victoria.
The second shot is an old one from a slide, and is of a black wolf. This is the nearest I have been to a wolf in the wild, about 100 feet away.
The first one is a stunner Tony, really nice. I'd print it and hang it on a wall somewhere - I have space in my lounge
Cool wolf shot too, good job with this one.
