This is a Canadian Nikon 300mm F/2.8 VRII lens in as-new condition. It was purchased in January 2011, mounted on a camera once indoors, and about 20 shots were taken for testing purposes. That's it - this lens has never even been outside! You're basically buying a brand new lens.
Everything is as new out of the box - no marks or scuffs. The lens comes with all the original accessories, including the CL-L1 case, front (nylon) lens cover, rear lens cap, drop-in filter, strap, and carbon fibre hood. The manual, warranty card (though Nikon warranties are not transferable), and a copy of the original bill of sale are also included - along with the original box. Really Right Stuff (RRS) Arca-Swiss compatible LCF-14 Replacement Foot (never used) shown in photos can be included for an additional $70.
Would consider as part of a trade for a Nikon 500mm f/4 VR or possibly a 400mm f/2.8 IF-ED II or VR.
