Is the value something they come up with or is it based on your knowledge of that particular wine and/or your research?

Thanks for the link. He quoted the price himself. I don't know much about wines. I won't even entertain the idea any more.

Wine is less verifiable than lenses. If the wine is that good he can sell it, give you a good cash price, and have some cash left over.

If a deal seems too good to be true, then it almost always is.

Does the wine have to be shipped? Do you have to bring a truck to pick it up? Are labels on the wine counterfeit?
