Interesting, I captured the exif data off one of the samples and the image is 6 months old. Cant believe it takes so long to bring a working preprod version to production.

Beta testing! It is standard practice that any company gives its prototypes sufficient in the field testing. Who wants a flawed buggy camera?

Between the original date/time stamp and the modified -- close to a month, they were more than likely also tweaking NX2 to get the most out of the raw image. And they more than likely continued to do so for ISO higher than 200...
