The current CEO recently resigned and will step down on March 29th. His predecessor will be replacing him. I think this tells a lot about the direction Canon took.

I couldn't find any original samples on his website, but there are plenty on Nikon's website. Poorly photoshop... I'd have to agree. They're not to my taste at all.

Having owned a D3s and soon a D800, that is one heck of a bold claim. Wow.. I can't imagine anything focusing faster than my D3s.

Bold claims or not faster focus is always welcome. I can't wait to compare it to my D3x.

OK, a question.

I don't really like the bokeh in the first, Indian wedding image, and the first in the white dress image after it. Is that his processing? Partly due to the 640 ISO? Or is it typical of the 85 1.4?

Why the sarcasm? If you actually took time to look around his website, he pretty much writes the same way as evidenced in his older blog entries.
