I recently acquired a D3s (new) and cannot lock the vertical release button. The camera will fire with the locking collar in either position. Anyone else have this problem ?
The switch must be defective. Push the button, turn the lever. Camera still fires. Tried it with power on and off. Looks like a trip to service center.
