I was wondering how most of the photo posts frames were made. The ones with the lens name and EFIX info....

There are many programs that can add frames and labels to image files. Do a web search and you will find them. I use Photoshop Actions and Scripts. But not for posting images on the web.

For basic framing you can use LR/Mogrify (http://www.photographers-toolbox.com/products/lrmogrify2.php), if you are using Lightroom.

If you are referring to the frames on pictures which are posted here on FM; when you sign up to the upload service the options of frames becomes available and also the choice to include the Exif data.
