16f with 50 MPH winds so I stayed in my nice warm kitchen and took these photo through the double pain windows.

Hi Morris,

These are nice, but when I looked at them I said "hmm, I thought Morris was using the Better Beamer?"

They didn't look like the flash fired, so I looked at the EXIF and it says it didn't fire. Then I saw your caption where you said the Better Beamer was used...

So I have to ask, did you use the Better Beamer, and the flash just didn't fire, or is the EXIF wrong?

At any rate, I think they are nice.

Morris really like both. But you could really pull out some details in PP.The bluejays by us are so skittish..how did you get so close

Morris, I guess those were hard shots to make, particularly since you had much of the bird in shade, shooting it backlit.

Well, a bit of photoshop work can improve the perceived sharpness and exposure, if you are inclined to do so.

These are really something particularly once you know they were taken through double-paned windows, Morris! Just a note: it'll be 80 degrees here in LaLaLand.
