Found this guy in the traditional way -- driving around looking for legs hanging down from a branch in a tree. Not much to say about him -- looks like it was a rough night.
Incidentally, I really appreciate all of the geat comments I have received on my shots -- both complimentary and also critical. So thank you to all who have posted comments -- and please keep it up.
Great shot, I'm not sure there is such a thing as a hohumm leopard, but maybe that's because I've never seen one in the wild

Seriously, this is one super image. Hell, the tree without the leopard is a worthy shot. This is a real wall hanger; if you have any bare walls left. You also got a great look. Savute is a great area. I've had great looks at leopards there also. I haven't been there since the channel flooded.

Hey Don -- glad you understand my frustration -- just trying to shoot a really gnarley tree and this damn leopard keeps messing up the shot -- tried shooing him away -- but he jsut hissed and snarled at me. All the best, Andrew
