Kent,
This is a very well-composed and technically well-executed image, to my eye.
The eye is effectively brought to the blue towel resting in wait for use. Your position composes the image to bring the eye through the depth of the shop, and the darkness beyond reinforces the empty, off-hours theme.
So, did you do a sepia tone masked over the towel and the elements along the chairs? Looks seamless.
Fine image.
I applied a B&W layer with the toning, then went back through the layer and "painted out" the toning with a "100% black" brush over the towel and a "% gray" brush (% of choice) over the chairs to try and make for a smoother transition from the full color towel to the toned floor, so the effect would look less stark, hopefully more natural.
