Ventured over to Sanibel Island today to the Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge for the first time and what a fabulous place it is! Guess I was too excited and forgot that one of my cameras was set on jpeg only on the first 3 shots but at least got the last 2 in raw.....

Ding Ding Ding, we have a winner Darling
Sorry Jim, I couldn't resist
The Stork is super (albeit a bit crooked), that and the flyer are my picks. Great stuff, looking forward to seeing what more you'll find there.
Tim
Good one Tim...it's defiantly a name with a 'ring' to it......
Thanks for the picks...I have taken too much time off with the camera and got a little rusty with my techniques for sure....should have plenty of subjects to get back on track with now though.....
Hey Jim what ever happened to all those tiny birds you used to photograph
Spent a few days long ago on Captiva at a stunning home, boy do I miss that! Looks like you are in the land of opportunity buddy, enjoy it!
#3 is a cool image and a great exposure. Like Tim I see a few crooked ones so keep a check on those 'tilt'

Thanks Karl, I took those little guys advise and flew south for the winter!...appreciate the advise...
Judging from this set Ding must be wondrous, Jim. I'll have to leg it over there to the Right Coast one of these days. Lovely shots, well-exposed, and the light is perfect.
