The lens is immaculate like new and works perfectly. A protective/UV filter was always on.

Front and back original caps
Original box (also immaculate)
all included in the box - packing, manual

Lens hood - a Chinese copy of ET-67 (not Canon)
UV protective filter (Tiffen)

I ordered this lens on June 19 2008 from Amazon.com. This is the USA version with a US/Canada warranty. (The warranty card is included, but of course the lens was purchased more than 1 year ago)
