What a great place. And you have provided us with some interesting comps. I especially like the first two.
Third looks a little flat and soft.
I am with Tom. I'd go with more contrast, especially on the second. But you might bump the contrast on all three, see what you think. After making a curves or contrast adjustment, remember to go back to the histogram to see if you have clipped the whites and whether the image improves with some highlight recovery.
And for bold architectural shots you can usually get pretty aggressive with high radius sharpening coupled with some masking.
